In 2022, Pekao IB participated in a capital increase by one public company, advised on the issue of shares in one of the companies listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange and provided bond issue services for ten entities, as well as handling tenders for offerings for shares in three companies listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange in Warsaw, compulsory buyout of shares in one company and buyback of own shares by one of the entities listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange. The company has also carried out a number of transactions on the private and public capital market. as well as debt counseling services, three of which were successfully completed in 2022.
