In parallel with the identification of the four new values, their definitions and the behaviors assigned to them, 10 principles for managers – the Value Principles of Team Management – were also created. They are guideposts for executives on how to work with their teams based on new values.
Pekao Group’s goal is to nurture employee development while respecting diversity and creating an attractive place. In April 2021, in parallel with the new business strategy, the Bank adopted the values developed jointly with employees: #straightforward, #together, #boldly, #responsibly. They are the pillars of the organizational culture, setting the course of action and style of work.
