Measures to Prevent Workplace Violence and Harassment

We have a zero-tolerance policy towards discrimination based on:

- sexual orientation,
- disability,
- political beliefs,
- religion.
Additionally, we are committed to preventing discrimination in all aspects of employment, including hiring, termination, working conditions, promotions, and access to professional training and development opportunities. To combat mobbing, discrimination, harassment, and other inappropriate behaviours, we provide dedicated communication channels through which employees can report unethical practices, including violence and harassment.
