Bank Polska Kasa Opieki Spółka Akcyjna (hereinafter: the “Bank”, “Bank Pekao”) is a bank organized in the form of a joint stock company, operating on the basis of applicable laws, in particular the Banking Law and the provisions of the Commercial Companies Code and the provisions of the Articles of Association of Bank Polska Opieki Pekao Spółka Akcyjna (hereinafter: “Articles of Association of Bank Pekao” – consolidated text available at https://www.pekao.com.pl / About Bank / Corporate Governance).
The Bank operates in the territory of the Republic of Poland. The registered office is located in Warsaw, at ul. Grzybowska 53/57 (postal code 00-950). The additional registered office is located at ul. Żwirki i Wigury 31 in Warsaw (postal code 02-091). The Bank’s offices are scheduled to move to a new location in Warsaw at ul. Burakowska 14 (postal code 01-066) in 2023.
The activities of Bank Pekao are supervised by the Polish Financial Supervision Authority (hereinafter: “PFSA”). Since 1998, Bank Pekao is listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange. Since 2017, Bank Pekao S.A. has been a member of the PZU S.A. Capital Group (hereinafter: “PZU Group”), the largest financial institution in Central and Eastern Europe.

The Bank offers customers a wide network of branches and ATMs with convenient access throughout the country, as well as a professional call center and an online and mobile banking platform for individual, corporate, and small and micro business customers. In 2022, Bank Pekao had 597 establishments (515 branches of its own retail network and 82 partner branches), as well as 1,328 ATMs located in all voivodeships.
