The Bank’s investor relations were recognized as the best among banks in Poland in the survey of the quality of investor relations carried out by the Institutional Investor Research Group. We were among the top ten distinguished companies, with the best score among the banks. The basis for the preparation of the ranking was a survey in which 271 analysts and managers representing 183 financial institutions took part. They spontaneously indicated companies which, in their opinion, represented the highest level of investor relations management.

The Bank’s activity, in the investor relations area, is focused on providing transparent and active communication with the market through active co-operation with investors, analysts and rating agencies, as well as fulfilling disclosure requirements within the frameworks of applicable law regulations.
The Bank’s representatives regularly hold many meetings with investors from Poland and abroad, and take part in most of the regional and sector dedicated investors conferences. In total, in 2022, the bank participated in 28 Investor conferences and roadshows meetings with institutional investors from key financial centers around the world. As part of the conference, the Bank held 350 meetings with investors last year. Financial results of Bank Pekao S.A. Group are presented quarterly at conferences that are simultaneously transmitted via Internet.
The Bank’s financial results and its activity are regularly monitored by analysts representing Polish and foreign brokerage entities. In 2022, 19 analysts published reports and recommendations on the Bank.
